More Singapore beverages

TWO more unique and absolutely delicious Singapore beverages today.

First there was coffee at the Tiong Bahru Market, which is unique and considered just as much of a tourist attraction as the Singapore Flyer or Sentosa Island because the beans are slow roasted in butter and then condensed milk is added to the brew before it's served to make it more like a hot dessert than a traditional cup of Joe.

That was morning tea, and for afternoon smoko I had a cup of ginger tea in Little India.

It was also very sweet and cooled before it was served by pouring the liquid from one glass to another while holding one container up very high and the other very low.

Who needs dessert or Berocca when you have Tiong Bahru coffee and Little India ginger tea?
